Who is behind StarDome

StarDome has been tying sensors and comms together for a long time. StarWall is the watch layer: whatever brand of radar or camera is already on the yacht, the marina, the port or the island, it should land on one picture. The next step is a suggestion. The person on watch still has to take it.

How we refuse to sell it

The captain is not a passenger

Faster judgment is the job. Replacing the captain is not a feature we will ever put on a slide.

Do not dress up an empty LIVE

If nothing is plugged in, the picture is empty. We would rather look unfinished than invent a contact.

Do not rip out what already works

If the set on board is trusted, StarWall reads it. A forklift upgrade of the helm is someone else's pitch.

Team

The same people who spent decades on networks, satcom, fibre and the ugly parts of data infrastructure. That habit — make the link hold when it is inconvenient — is what they brought to a watch picture.

They have been in weather, on sites, in rooms where the next minute mattered. StarWall is built at that speed: enough picture to act, not a dashboard to admire.

Ash and salt, not a lab bench

Range, fog, a radio that drops. The product assumes the picture will be incomplete.

When it is ugly

Cut the noise. Leave one choice the watch can take. A wall of red is not help.

Time-to-decision

They have had to shrink the gap from a blip to a call. AGRON 1 is meant to match that, not to look busy.
